Margaret Walker
Margaret has been a member of The Savoy Singers since 1978. She has sung most of the contralto roles in all of the Gilbert & Sullivan operettas as well as principal parts in other shows. Recently she has enjoyed the 'role' of stage director for Patience, Ruddigore, The Mikado and HMS Pinafore from the Giblert & Sullivan canon and the opera La Traviata as well as musicals Anything Goes, White Horse Inn and George Gershwin's Strike Up the Band. Margaret is currently Chairman of The Savoy Singers and is presently directing their present Rodgers and Hammerstein Revue which she has written.
