Alastair joined The Savoy Singers in 2009 during our 40th celebration production of The Mikado. Since this production he has taken the parts of Dr Blint in Die Fledermaus, Sir Joseph Porter in HMS Pinafore and Major General Stanley in Pirates of Penzance. It was at school he picked up a taste for acting and progressed from pantomime dames and Alan Ayckbourn to Peachum in The Beggar's Opera. Alastair teaches in Fleet and has been closely involved in bringing The Savoy Singers workshops for young children into schools.
